This is tricky. Firstly, some GPIO control is required for the codecs,
hence tying the drivers to the HALs directly.
Secondly, we probably want the modification of VCI_CLK_SEL,
VCI_CLK_SEL_MAP, and SCO_CFGx to be synchronous, since otherwise a baseband
cache register may overwrite.
Question then is should the LC call the HWsco interface to get a return value,
and the LC take responsibility to write to Tabasco, or should HWsco take a
reference of the common control cache as a parameter from LC, and overwrite
directly? Either way, it seems the update must be done sychronously
in Prepare_Tx_Rx_SCO???
