(This framework provides a complete implementation of particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA), as well as a complete framework for improvement, application, testing and output of results. This framework decouples the particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm logically, encapsulates the improvement points and modularizes them.
