说明： 这款软件的名字叫做SmartDeblur，也就是“智能去模糊”的意思，是由一位研究图像和信号处理的软件工程师弗拉德米尔?宇智科夫（Vladimir Yuzhikov）开发出来的。虽然这种重建算法的研究早在70年前就已经开始了，但是直到现在我们才看到结果。宇智科夫的软件目前能够对两种常见的模糊情况进行处理，因为在目前阶段，市面上的商用软件都无法达到他的软件所能达到的效果。

SmartDeblur 1.27

SmartDeblur is a tool for restoring defocused and blurred images.
Written in C++ using Qt 4.8.
Algorithm based on several deconvolution techniques (Wiener, Tikhonov, Total Variation prior). Supported defect types are:
- Out of Focus blur (with kernel deep tuning)
- Motion blur
- Gaussian blur
SmartDeblur uses the FFTW library to provide its fast fourier tranformation implementation.
