说明：  1. BPSK调制解调——矩形基带信号 (1) 随机产生1000个等概分布的二进制信息序列，映射为幅度为±1的双极性码； (2) 由双极性码产生对应的矩形基带脉冲，绘图并保存； (3) 将矩形基带信号与载波相乘，得到BPSK信号，绘图并保存； (4) 对BPSK做FFT变换，绘出幅度谱并保存。 (5) 将BPSK信号通过通频带为fc-Rs～fc+Rs的带通滤波器，绘出BPSK波形并保存，然后作FFT变换，绘出幅度谱并保存，观察波形和频谱发生了什么变化； (6) 将通过带通滤波器的BPSK信号与载波相乘并通过低通滤波器，得到解调后的基带信号，绘图并保存，观察与发送基带信号相比发生了什么变化。（注：为保证解调时的载波相位同步，也要将发送端的载波通过带通滤波器）
