说明：  cc法程序直接能够运行，点击GA_Wnn_test直接就能运行，当然对于matlab的版本可能有些要求，我的是2012版本没问题。这里边包括小波分析、神经网络以及遗传算法，实现对数据充分的拟合，直接输出误差变化过程图，可清楚的观察误差的过程。另外，对于学习小波神经网络以及搞中长期预报的同学可谓是在珍贵不过的程序了。
