说明：  程序可实现人眼虹膜、眼睑及睫毛分割，主要功能有：（1）虹膜内外圆的霍夫圆检测；（2）眼睑检测以及参数方程的求解；（3）睫毛的最优化阈值处理。 vc文件夹下包含以下四个内容：（1）最后编译生成的.exe文件；（2）包含主要算法的.h头文件；（3）两幅原始图像（yangjing1.bmp,yanjing2.bmp）；（4）两幅经过MATLAB进行自适应直方图均衡化的图像（yanjing11.bmp,yanjing22.bmp）
