# Vehicle-License-Plate-Localisation-And-Characters-Recognition
This code helps to find the location where license plate of the provided image is present and then do the character recognition
## Getting started
Download the code and extract it using 7-zip. Open Matlab and change the matlab folder location to the place where code is downloaded. And run the test.m file.
