1. This codes were written almost 10 years back, 2. The code compares State estimation with and without PMU (Phasor Measurement Unit), 3. The conclusion is with PMUs you can get near zero errors in state estimation, 4. There could be errors, 5. copy all files in same folder, 6. Open main.m and edit num values to 14 or 30 as required, 7. type "main" at the Matlab window and hit enter, 8. You can add more data into line, bus, zdata files as required, 9.
