说明： AD7705是analog公司生产的高精度16位双通道的ADC，可以同时进行两路同时采样。本程序基于MSP430f169单片机，实现了单路通道的采样，函数为：get_data_V()。
本程序是在AD7705采集模拟信号转换为数字量以后，通过串口中断将数字量发送给串口调试助手，通过串口调试助手来观察数字量的大小，进而验证程序正确性。
串口通信格式为：9600 n 8 1 N:不进行奇偶校验
(AD7705 is a high-precision 16 bit dual channel ADC produced by anlog company. It can sample two channels at the same time. This program is based on msp430f169 single chip microcomputer, and realizes the single channel sampling. The function is: get_data_v().
After AD7705 collects analog signal and converts it into digital quantity, the program sends the digital quantity to the serial port debugging assistant through the serial port interruption, observes the size of the digital quantity through the serial port debugging assistant, and then verifies the correctness of the program.
Serial communication format: 9600 n 8 1 N: no parity)
