说明： STM32官方IAP例程，实现TFTP和HTTP在线升级，移植时请注意网络芯片的工作方式是RMII还是MII，并且对应好引脚。使用HTTP时不能注释TFTP。
(STM32 official IAP routine realizes TFTP and HTTP online upgrade. When porting, please pay attention to RMII or MII working mode of network chip and corresponding pins. TFTP cannot be annotated when using HTTP.)
