# GlobalBioIm [![DOI](https://zenodo.org/badge/124297869.svg)](https://zenodo.org/badge/latestdoi/124297869) This Matlab toolbox provides a set of tools (operators, cost functions, optimization algorithms) for solving inverse problems. ## Getting started Download or clone this repository and run the script *setGlobalBioImPath.m* which will update your Matlab path with the library. ## Documentation A detailled documentation can be found here. ## Generate your script through the GUI GlobalBioIm is ditributed together with a user-friendly Matlab interface that allows to intuitively build tailored reconstruction algorithms with minimal effort.
