说明：  程序采用的算法为全雅克比迭代法。所需输入两个参数矩阵。 Linedata矩阵分别对应参数：始节点 终节点 支路电阻 支路电抗 对地导纳 变压器变比。 busdata 矩阵对应的参数为：节点编号 节点类型 有功 无功 电压幅值 电压相角。其中节点类型为：0对应pq节点，2对应pv节点，1对应平衡节点。
(The algorithm used in the program is full Jacobian iteration. Two parameter matrices are required. The linear data matrix respectively corresponds to the parameters: reactance to ground admittance transformer ratio of resistance branch of start node and end node.
