说明：  本文在原理上基本实现了利用C语言处理语音信号，语音装文字的功能。在本文中我们已经实现的功能是通过C语言进行创建窗口，并调用计算机自带的录音设备进行录音并实现录音的回放。
(Based on the principle, this paper realizes the function of using c language to process speech signal and text. For this paper, we have realized the function of creating windows through c language, and calling the recording equipment that comes with the computer to record and realize the playback of the recording.)
