1. Sync the base processor SDK project from repository of Allwinner.
2. First building the project, check if the code base works well.
3. Input the customer's requirements.
4. Recreate the code base to meet the platform level requirements from the customer.
5. Merge the third party SW entities into the project from customer's remquirements.
6. Compound the functional compnents into a download firmware pack.
