说明：  CLEAN算法实现频域杂波抑制，我的主要用途是雷达，实现FMCW波回波信号的杂波抑制。不过也可以用于其他的频域杂波抑制。只是一个仿真，改一下参数就可以自己用了，仿真主要是针对真是雷达回波数据，相减函数是cos（），如果需要复数形式，改成指数就行了
