说明:  递归图(recurrence plot,RP)是分析时间序列周期性、混沌性以及非平稳性的一个重要方法,用它可以揭示时间序列的内部结构,给出有关相似性、信息量和预测性的先验知识,递归图特别适合短时间序列数据,可以检验时间序列的平稳性、内在相似性.递归图最初由Eckmann等人于1987年提出,主要用于对非线性动力系统的定性分析.现在,递归图已经成功的应用在诸如气候变化,脑心电图分析,股市分析等众多领域.定量递归分析(recurrence quantification analysis,RQA)是基于递归图中的对角线、水平线及垂直线的分布对系统进行分析,从而获得动力学系统的定量信息
(calculate Recurrence plot (RP) is an important method for analyzing the periodicity, chaos and non-stationarity of time series. It can reveal the internal structure of time series and give a priori about similarity, information and predictability. Knowledge, recursive graphs are particularly suitable for short time series data, and can test the stationarity and inherent similarity of time series. Recursive graphs were first proposed by Eckmann et al. in 1987, mainly used for qualitative analysis of nonlinear dynamic systems. Now, recursive graphs have been successfully applied in many fields such as climate change, brain electrocardiogram analysis, stock market analysis and so on. Quantitative recurrence analysis (recurrence quantification analysis, RQA) is to analyze the system based on the distribution of diagonals, horizontal lines and vertical lines in the recurrence graph to obtain quantitative information of the dynamic system)
