CipSegSDK 使用说明
开发者：东北大学中文信息处理实验室。

目录结构:
./manual 使用手册内有使用的说明文件
RuleForPn.dat,segment.dat,segrule.dat是分词动态库要使用的资源文件.
userdict.dat是用户词典.
CipSegSDK.dll,CipSegSDK.lib是动态库的文件.
CipSegDll.h是头文件,供调用使用.
东北大学许可证.txt是使用本动态库的许可证(不得删除,修改).
注意:所有文件(!!!)都要在工作目录下,否则会出现错误.
