说明： 本项目运行于Linux，是根据交易空间和发电负荷双方的报价，计算交易市场集中出清的程序。数据库使用国产达梦6数据库，数据库接口使用libdcisg_dm.so。
(This project runs on Linux. Based on trade space and Generation/Load bids, it clears the trade market and calculates the Generation/Load accepted bids. It use the DM6 database and the DB interface uses libdcisg_dm.so)
