vs5.c is code to use the internal UART on the 8051 series. It
uses timer1, is interrupt driven and only uses internal RAM.
It works just fine on my ATMEL 89s8252 :-).
This code was originally for the Keil compiler and I massaged it
and worked with it until it worked under sdcc.
The original code was graciously shared by Rod Boyce (rod@boyce.net.nz)
Who was also a lot of help in getting past all the oddities that I
ran into :-).
