雷达图
查了不少网上资料，很难找到想要的雷达图实现方法，自己做了，共享一下。
编译环境 VC# 2008
功能：
1. 利用GID+，在PictureBox上画雷达图背景，非加载图片资源
2. 输入框内写入方位俯仰AZ,EL的数值，在雷达图上以红色点显示位置
3. 鼠标在图片区域内移动，动态显示方位俯仰AZ,EL的数值。
