This is the README file for Uncertainty Quantification using Polynomial Chaos Expansion (UQPCE). To set up UQPCE for use: 1) Ensure all of the requirements from the documentation are met. - Alternatively, create a conda environment using the environment.yml file provided in the UQPCE/env folder. 2) Add the folder UQPCE/src to the PATH and PYTHONPATH. 3) In a directory containing an input.yaml, run_matrix.dat, and results.dat, run "python -m PCE_Codes".
