This is the random quantum circuit samplig generator and simulator.
QubitArray class implements noisy cold atoms quantum register simulation powered by QuEST simulator and provides memmory optimization with noisy gates.
RandQAlg class is a generator of random quantum circuit according to the rules explaind in paper arxiv.org/abs/1608.00263
