说明：  本上位机是基于VB语言编程的进行与单片机串口通信的上位机。用于三个舵机的控制。串口通信格式为波特率9600bps、8位数据位、1位停止位、无校验、ASCII码字符通信。串口通信程序用于接收上位机发送过来的控制命令。控制命令采用自定义文本协议，即协议内容全部为ASCII码字符。通信协议格式为起始符“#”通道号CHx，脉宽百位，脉宽十位，脉宽个位，与停止符“!”。
