说明： 在Eclipse中启动Tomcat，在IE浏览器的地址栏中输入“http”//localhost:8080/cms”，即可打开新闻发布系统的主页。
默认的管理员用户名和密码均为“admin”或“pjww”，用户登录后即可自行添加栏目和新闻。
