# AK_COVID
The code provide in this repository has now been ARCHIVED and processes on a static datasest. It is made available for replication and review of the methods used. This application provided short term projections of COVID-19 in Alaska assuming exponential growth, calculation of the effective reproductive number, and trends of daily case rates.
