(Abstract: This paper takes the development of the "Class Teacher Labor Cost Management System" as the background, and discusses the concept, structure, and basic principles and methods of system development of a management information system. The full text is divided into introduction, management information system overview, selection of development methods, system planning, system design, system implementation, system operation and maintenance, development summary, etc. It elaborates in detail on the methods and contents of system design. Finally, the six main characteristics of this system were introduced in the summary: strong universality, applicability, beautiful interface, convenient operation, printing settings, automatic data entry function, which can minimize the amount of duplicate data entry.)
