Properties
IPString: An IP string like 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx', if current input is invalid, then this string is empty;
Addr: 32bit IP value, if current input is invalid, then this value is 0.
Events
OnChange: Generate after valid IP changed.
OnError: Generate when the input is invalid.
