# erika
Keeping up with news is a daunting tasks with so many different sources to track from many
publishers. This problem moviated the existence of erika, erika is an AI-based news assistant
that provides a catered news feed to specific users via a responsive UI and/or email service.
This is code is separated into 2 directories: Client and Server. The client is responsible for building the UI and any client-side routes, whereas the server is the API in which the client communicates with to populate the UI elements.
