TIny File Editor Runtime - Python module for text editors
`tifer` exposes a text editor class with really basic functions to edit text, that you can use in a frontend. it was specifically built with terminal user interfaces in mind. you can build small editors like Vim and nano in it.
`tifer` will serve as the basis for `bliss`, a graphical text editor with an emphasis on style and productivity.
