# PowerDataPoint PowerDataPoint is an innovative Python application currently in the early stages of development. Our goal is to streamline the creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations with precision data and analytics. With our initial development efforts, users are already able to generate PowerPoint presentations, automatically inserting line charts and tables across multiple slides. The application also supports adding slides to an existing template. ## Planned Features Our vision for PowerDataPoint extends beyond its current functionality. Here are some of the expected features in the future updates: - **Automated Slide Updates**: To save time and effort, PowerDataPoint will be able to automate data updates for your PowerPoint slides. No need to manually edit each slide when data changes. - **Data Integration**: PowerDataPoint aims to simplify the process of integrating data from various sources into your PowerPoint presentation. Whether you have statistical data, business metrics, or complex analytics, our application will be designed to handle it. - **Pixel-Perfect Presentations**: The application will support precise control over presentation elements to achieve a pixel-perfect experience. This will provide users the power to create professional-grade, high-quality presentations. - **Customizable**: With a wide range of customizable options planned, PowerDataPoint will allow users to tweak their presentation to match their style and requirements. ## Installation For early adopters who wish to try PowerDataPoint, follow these steps: ``` # clone the repository git clone https://github.com/your_username/PowerDataPoint.git # navigate to the PowerDataPoint directory cd PowerDataPoint # install the necessary packages pip install -r requirements.txt ``` ## Usage To use the current features of PowerDataPoint, run the main.py file from your command line: ```python python main.py ``` ## Contributing We greatly appreciate your contributions!
