# VG News Poster Bot for Discord A Discord bot that posts news articles from [VG.no](https://www.vg.no/) to a Discord channel of your choice. ## Stay Informed with VG.no News Stay up-to-date with the world's events by receiving timely news updates from VG.no. Our bot ensures that you never miss a headline, whether it's breaking news, entertainment updates, sports scores, or more. Real-time news delivery has never been this convenient! ## Commands - `/similarnews` - When a user search for a news article, the bot will return a list of similar news articles. ## Installation ### Requirements - [Node.js](https://nodejs.org/en/) v20 or higher - [Redis](https://redis.io/) v6 or higher ### Setup 1. Clone the repository 2. Copy the `.env.example` file to `.env` and fill in the required values 3. Install dependencies: ```bash npm install ``` 4. Build the project: ```bash npm run build ``` 5.
