# PwC-PowerBI-virtual-case-experience
This project is a PwC virtual case experience hosted on Forage focusing on Power-BI skills in real work scenarios.
The program is meant to test one's Data Analysis and Visualizaton skills using Power BI.
The project is divided into 4 tasks with task one being introductory.
The other tasks are:
1. **Call Centre Trends** - _Visualising customer and agent behaviour_
2. **Customer Retention** - _Customer demographics and insights_
3. **Diversity & Inclusion** - _Gender balance in the executive suite_
