# Project_Case_DMD Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy(DMD) Disease Bioinformatics ## Description This project, DMD Interaction, is designed to provide a comprehensive analysis tool for the interactions between small molecules and proteins associated with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The aim is to facilitate the understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in DMD and to aid in the identification of potential therapeutic targets. By aggregating data on gene expression, protein activity, and molecular interactions, the project serves as a valuable resource for researchers and clinicians in the field of neuromuscular disorders. ## ChemBL SparQL Queries SPARQL queries used in the products are based on: https://chemblmirror.rdf.bigcat-bioinformatics.org - Credits to ammar257ammar ## How to Open? First, you need to download the zip. After that, extract the provided ZIP file to a directory on your computer. You can usually do this by right-clicking the ZIP file and selecting "Extract All," "Extract Here," or a similar option but to make it organizable, extract it as file. Now, you can click onto the products folder and click on index.html file. This should pop-up as a website on your Google or whatever explorer you are using. *To load the data and graph, click on the green button and it should display the interactive graph!
