Example Programs ================ The EXAMPLE directory is arranged as follows: \NETWORK - Network oriented examples (requires Ethernet) \SERIAL - Serial port based examples (requires serial port for all examples, plus Ethernet for serial/Ethernet bridge) \TOOLS - Common tools (test code, servers, etc) used in all examples ----- Most of these directories will contain common named subdirectories. These include: \DSK6711 - Code specific to running the NDK on the 6711 DSK \DSK***16 - Code specific to running the NDK on the ***16 DSK \EVMDM***2 - Code specific to running the NDK on the DM***2 EVM \DSK***55 - Code specific to running the NDK on the ***55 DSK/EVM \COMMON - Code common to all platforms ----- In the \NETWORK directory... CLIENT - Client demo that has been adjusted to run optimally on a C6X with a physical Ethernet attached. Demonstrates a system with a single Ethernet adapter acting as an IP client. CFGDEMO - Client example that demonstrates how a system can be pre-configured to boot in an unconfigured state, and have configuration completed via a HTTP WEB page. ----- In the \SERIAL directory... CLIENT - PPP Client demo that allows a DSK with only a serial port to connect to a PPP server. The HTTP server has been removed, otherwise it is the same as the Ethernet CLIENT example. *Requires SERIAL card* ROUTER - Router demo that has an Ethernet and PPP Serial connection, and routes between the two devices. The router acts as a PPP server, which will connect to the PPP client example. *Requires SERIAL card and Ethernet card*
