Just expand in a folder and read the help of function EMDdenoising.m
For the CIIT method and in order to run the example.m, the wavelet denoising software of A. Antoniadis et al (available at http://www-lmc.imag.fr/SMS/software/GaussianWaveDen/) together with the wavelab850 software (available at http://www-stat.stanford.edu/~wavelab/Wavelab_850/index_wavelab850.html) are needed.
