TViewer WDM video capture viewer

This program's purpose is to show previewed video capture. It works with any WDM compatible
video capture driver. It strives to be as small, and as easy to use as possible
USAGE
-------------
Start the program. If all goes well, you won't get any error messages. The most common
messages will be "No devices present." From the Source menu, choose your input source.
Preview should begin immediately. To change device settings, use the settings menu. Here
you can change TV parameters such as channel, source input, etc. You can also enter full
screen mode from the Settings menu. When the program exits, it will save the last used
device and automatically load that device the next time the program is started.
