说明： STM32奋斗板-TIM3-PWM
实验平台：奋斗版STM32开发板MINI、V2、V2.1、V3
实验内容：板子加电后，LED1（MINI的V2标号） （V2、V2.1、V3的V6标号）的亮
度会明暗渐变，该实验学习了PWM程序的编制及控制流程。
