说明： STM32奋斗板-TIM3-CH2
通用定时器（TIM3）波形产生例程实验
实验平台：奋斗版STM32开发板MINI、V2、V2.1、V3
实验内容：板子加电后，LED1（MINI的V2标号） （V2、V2.1、V3的V6标号）会按
照12.5Hz的频率闪烁，该实验学习了特定频率波形产生程序的编制及控制流程。
