说明：  基于自由摆的平板控制系统：系统采用ATmega16实验开发板为核心控制器，完成了基于自由摆的平板控制系统的各项功能要求。实现了最基本控制平板随着摆杆的摆动而旋转、硬币在平板上不滑落、激光笔在随着摆杆的摆动保持照射靶纸中心线的功能。用灵敏的RV24YN 20S碳膜电位器完成摆杆角度测量，精确的A/D 转换芯片TLC2543作为模数转换器。用小型步进电机驱动平板转动，根据电位器测得的摆杆转动的角度控制平板平稳、准确地转动，达到预期目的。
