说明： 通常假设在雷达信号处理机I、Q两路通道中存
在的噪声是服从N(0，d2)分布的，经过FFT处理再取
模之后的噪声分布为瑞利分布。
(Usually the noise present in the radar signal processor I, Q two channels is assumed to obey the distribution of N (0, d2) after FFT processing and then after the modulo noise distribution of a Rayleigh distribution.)
