说明：  带超时显示的倒计时显示牌，制作的目的是一个教学比赛，其他的软件到时间就停了，但是这个比赛是允许超时的，只不过超时多少扣相应的分数，因此自己动手写了这个程序，不知道是不是太简单了，代码还是有一堆的。起码有读写配置文件。
