说明：  该系统采用B/S架构，数据库及应用系统均部署在淳安县卫生局机房，而PACS系统数据库及应用系统部署在威坪中心卫生院机房，电子申请单接口不能通过直接访问数据库的“视图”、“存储过程”等方法，需要通过webservice方法实现。
