说明： TBetterADODataSet是直接继承与delphi的TADODataSet，主要是
1.修正了很多TCustomADODataSet，甚至ADO本身的Bug
2.实现了Borland未来得及实现的功能
3.扩展了原有的功能
BetterADODataSet能够减少％50的书写代码，使用BetterADODataSet使delphi上的ADO更简单，成为真正的RAD.
