说明：  这是一个linux下用C语言写的基于RTSP的实现多媒体文件下载的客户端程序，从指定的RTSP服务器(可使用live555)下载多媒体文件(文件格式为TS)，将RTSP服务器返回的RTP数据包解析出来存成文件，存成的文件可以使用VLC的播放器正常播放。
