1. turn off the box (fully with back switch, not to standby with remote)
2. connect serial cable, run "hsdecrypt.exe MyCryptedFirmware.abs MyCompressedMain.lzma"
hsdecrypt uses ports VCP0 (first usb-com) or Serial0 (first real com, COM1 usually). It will show the port name it found
the console should look like this:

Waiting for reset...
3. turn on the box, the tool should detect the CPU type and start decrypting (takes several minutes)
4. wait till end, then use lzma.exe to unpack MyCompressedMain.lzma ("lzma.exe d MyCompressedMain.lzma MyCompressedMain.bin")
if lzma fails (new M3606 firmwares), use unlzo.exe instead ("unlzo.exe MyCompressedMain.lzma MyCompressedMain.bin")
