(This deliverable collects proposals for the implementation of Flexible Interference Control concepts, that combine interference avoidance and interference exploitation innovations to support enhanced system performance. A classification of WP1 and WP2 innovations is used to come up with concept identifications based on a structured methodology. The deliverable also provides results on the impact of constrained backhaul infrastructure on the performance of a joint processing scheme for the uplink.)
