说明:  高功率瞬态电场的测试是电磁环境效应评估与防护研究领域的难点。笔者基于有源电光调制法,设 计了一种高功率瞬态电场传感器。通过建立简化的等效电路模型,并借助CST 微波工作室对该传感器的结 构建模仿真,分别从频域和时域分析了接收天线负载对传感器接收特性的影响,并得到了一致的结果。结果 表明:接收天线采用单极子天线,负载采用低阻时响应信号为被测电场的微分信号,采用高阻时响应电压与 被测电场场强成正比,通过改变负载电容取值可以控制传感器量程。
(High power transient electric field testing is electromagnetic environment effects assessment and protection of areas of difficulty. Through the establishment of a simplified equivalent circuit model, and with the CST MICROWAVE STUDIO sensor structure modeling and simulation, respectively, from the frequency domain and time domain analysis of the receiving antenna receives the load characteristics of the sensor, and get consistent results.
