注意：我测试的时候用的QQ邮箱，可能是安全性问题或者我是本地测试的，QQ邮箱认为是垃圾邮件（填写验证码后手机正常收短信），大家可以试试其他邮箱。
发布内容限制在100个汉字,大家可以根据情况自己修改,index.php没有动态代码可以改成index.html，大家也可以把此代码镶入至任何其他程序，另外对于发布数量和发布时间间隔或者短信内容合法与否暂未限制，本人亦能力有限,大家也可以自由发挥修改，如果我有更新会再发上来,现阶段现就这么多。
