说明： TPS61165DBTR High Brightness White LED Driver
Description: MSP430通过P1.1与TPS61165相连接，向CTRL输入2个字节控制TPS61165
调节LED灯组亮度。第一个字节为地址0x72，第二个字节后5位为控制位范围0x00-0x1f。
TPS61165还提供PWM模式，此程序不包含此模式，仅供EasyScale测试使用。

(TPS61165DBTR High Brightness White LED Driver Description: MSP430 via P1.1 connected with the TPS61165 to the CTRL input two-byte Control TPS61165 adjustable brightness of the LED array. The first byte of address 0x72, second byte 5 bits for the control range 0x00-0x1f. TPS61165 also provides PWM mode, this program does not contain this mode, only EasyScale testing.
