The Elite VB Programming Crew
This file is to simulate and demonstrate the methods of
downloading binary and ascii files with the winsock control.
Also it demonstrates the methods of displaying progress
or the file in percentage and an api method for the percent
bar instead of an ocx, conversion of bytes to kilobytes and
megabytes, seperation of the header from the file data the
server sends you, Bytes per a second transfer rate measurements.
